Yes, all levels are possible to complete without deaths.
well I played it until level 10.. and each with 1 star (but some with 2 cuz under 60 seconds)
Remember that you can buy/unlock new ships with yr stars in the shop.
This might make things easier.
Yeah) I've bought this 2nd ship. Couldn't earn more stars)
